TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. All photographs on our website, Instagram and Facebook belong to Bryant & Bloom. Please do not use without prior express permission from Bryant & Bloom, and with suitable accreditation.
2. "Wellbeing Bouquet", is a product owned by Bryant & Bloom. Please do not use without prior express permission from Bryant & Bloom, and with suitable accreditation.
3. All workshop places must be secured by advance payment.
a) In the advent of a Bryant & Bloom cancellation, a full refund is offered.
b) If the customer or workshop participant cancels by a week's notice or more, Bryant & Bloom will offer an alternative workshop date or credit note.
c) If the customer or workshop participant cancels within a week of the workshop taking place, Bryant & Bloom reserve the right to the workshop fee.
4. Some flowers, berries, foliage, seed or herbs can cause irritation or allergy to some people. Bryant & Bloom do not accept responsibility for this, and are not responsible for any adverse reaction experienced by the customer and involved parties.
5. Terms & Conditions pertaining to weddings and large events are available from Bryant & Bloom upon request. Please contact us for a copy.
PRIVACY STATEMENT
1. All names, addresses and contact information provided by our customers are maintained for Bryant & Bloom's use only in order to process orders and deliveries.
2. All names, addresses and contact information belonging to the recipients of our flowers provided by customers are maintained for Bryant & Bloom's use only in order to process orders and deliveries.
3. All names, addresses and contact information provided by members of the 'Friday Flower Club' are maintained by Bryant & Bloom for regular use and repeat deliveries.
4. All names, addresses and contact information maintained by Bryant & Bloom are for their use only and are not shared with any third parties.
